" I create my works in oil and charcoal, it's my passion. Painting affords me a tremendous sense of accomplishment and is a large part of who I am. Inspiration comes to me through many intricate forms, colors, shadows and compositional lines that I notice in every day life. A bird in flight, the spirit of the human face or even a majestic animal always catch my interest. I also express personal ideas and thoughts into some of my work as well, an artistic statement if you will. My style is painterly, employing broken color as a suggestion of movement and form. I will always strive to continue capturing the honesty, integrity and above all, the passion in all things! "
